International non-CDL dump truck with plow and spreader

Hello, I have for sale an International S1700 dump truck with an 11 foot Gledhill plow and rear spreader. It has hydraulic brakes and a 25,999 GVWR so you do not need a CDL to drive it. It has an Allison MT653 transmission and a powerful DT360 turbo diesel engine. The truck looks nearly brand new. It has never seen salt. It has only 41,000 miles on it. It was the Kelly Island plow truck and was used by that island from 1987 to just a couple years ago. The island does not barge in salt to the island. They have a limestone quarry and the only spread limestone. Therefore this truck has never had salt in the bed, nor has it ever driven in salt. I bought it to do some hauling and haul a small backhoe. It has served me well but I have a property in a hilly location with few roads and I decided to buy a 4WD dump truck instead. I love the truck. It runs like new. The engine recently had an inframe rebuild due to it sitting and allowing the cylinder liner orings to leak. I also had a rebuilt turbo installed because I didn’t like the way the bearings felt on the original turbo. It has a new alternator and the radiator was recently re-cored. The only imperfection is the right front fender/hood by the headlight has some slight damage to the fiberglass, but it in now way affects any operations. Finally - ALL hard brake lines have been replaced as well as the master cylinder. I have spares no expense to keep this truck in near mint condition. It has an operable heater and there is an am/fm radio in the cab as well. I am asking $13,000 for the entire plow frame mount and plow package as well as the spreader.
