chevy diesel dump dually dump truck military

1980 6.2 diesel automatic. dump bed works great. electric hydraulic. ..truck does not run.. it should run if someone knows these diesels better than me..its a 24volt starter..12 volt system.. with good batteries it cranks ok..there is power to the glow plugs.. but never could get it to fire.. im selling the unit..and the truck goes with it as it is..it is a bolt on system and should go on alot of other vehicles. its been expired a long time so it needs inspection to be re licensed to be on the road..i do have the paperwork for the truck from an auto auction in my name to go with it.. i can arrange local towing once paid for.
